Platform Stakeholder Model
The 4P-CAN platform is designed around a penta-helix stakeholder model — five interconnected sectors whose collaboration is essential for effective cancer primary prevention.
Each sector brings a distinct role: the Public Sector shapes policy and strategy; Academia & Research generates the evidence base; Media amplifies and disseminates; Civil Society bridges institutions and communities; and the Private Sector contributes resources and reaches populations through the workplace. By serving all five sectors with tailored data and tools, the platform supports the kind of cross-sector coordination that no single actor can achieve alone.
